Marsex
Branding for Marsex
Marsex aims to be the first expedition that desires to reach the red planet and establish a permanent colony on Mars. We created a new brand identity, which promotes the brand communication and covers all of the graphical elements for the expedition. For this project, we used the machine-readable font OCR-A, which was developed in 1968 as the first optical machine-readable font (OCR). This font is recognizable not only by computers, but also by humans, which suits the robo-human requirements perfectly. The logo symbol is an octagon and the colored markings are used for specific applications.
