AMAG
Rebranding for AMAG
The AMAG Group and its approximately 5,600 employees passionately ensure that clients are well on their way. The individual’s dreams about mobility fascinate them. Their motivation is to fulfill this attitude, which has accompanied AMAG since the founding of the company. The AMAG identity was awarded with the Xaver Special Award and nominated for the Swiss Award® Corporate Communication.
AMAG had a diffused brand image and a variety of product and service brands. Their customers were confronted by different AMAG departments with different brand interpretations.
Discussions were held in a brand workshop with the top management and representatives of the different business units. The result was to introduce a single brand strategy and a clear image as a customer-oriented service provider. We significantly simplified the brand structure, which helped AMAG to act faster and more efficiently.
Heads developed the identity and formulated the brand promise that is defined by a realistic core understanding of the brand, relevant for the customer (determined by customer surveys) and sustainably differentiates itself against its competitors. A new AMAG font, designed by Playtime, helped create a remarkable identity and a fresh color palette contributed to integrate the products in the corporate communication. The newly developed imagery is more emotional, friendly, and people-focused.
