Martin Stiftung
Redesign for Martin Stiftung
We worked closely with Martin Stiftung to renew their outdated brand identity and define a new brand strategy. The new brand was developed by the active assistance of the residents of Martin Stiftung. The final logo was a set of self-designed letter styles, which made the residents as well as the entire workforce proud of their new image. The identity of Martin Stiftung is a prime example of the consistent and integrative branding for social institutions.
The founding of Martin Stiftung goes back to Luise Escher-Bodmer. In memory of her own disabled child “Martin”, she had her estate Mariahalden incorporated into a foundation in June 1893. Today, the foundation is an important institution with residential care and work opportunities. It also enjoys a high recognition for around 160 people with disabilities.
